Hello, I am a twist basket. In my particular case, I have been mildly squished to have a little twist in my tape. My side is mildly wiggly too. This is purely aesthetic and won't affect my functionality.

Large KuuKuu baskets are great for larger grocery shops, fresh produce, picnics, BBQs, and beach days. They can hold up to 12kg.

Each Pāli basket is individually handwoven in a remote village in Myanmar, from new pallet strapping made from recycled plastics. Plastics are collected by locals from streets and beaches, recycled into pellets, then made into rolls of new strapping.

Our KuuKuu style uses bamboo in the base, purchased from local farmers.

The traditional Burmese weaving techniques have been passed down through generations. Every basket sold enables our ongoing support of the artisans, village families and local Burmese communities.
