Hello I am a sample basket. This cute kangaroo pattern was part of a sample range from our weavers for us. They are super strong and perfectly functional.
Large Pattern baskets are great for larger grocery shops, fresh produce, picnics, BBQs, and beach days. They are also perfect for a laptop and paperwork. They can hold up to 12kg.

Each Pāli basket is individually handwoven in a remote village in Myanmar, from new pallet strapping made from recycled plastics. Plastics are collected by locals from streets and beaches, recycled into pellets, then made into rolls of new strapping.
This basket has bamboo in the base, purchased from local farmers.
The traditional Burmese weaving techniques have been passed down through generations. Every basket sold enables our ongoing support of the artisans, village families and local Burmese communities.
All baskets are fully recyclable at the end of their very long lives, please contact us for more information.
