Small Passionfruit baskets are a great every day handbag size. Perfect for popping to the shop for bread and milk, taking lunch and drink bottle to work or for basic essentials. Small baskets hold up to 10kg.

Each Pāli basket is individually handwoven in a remote village in Myanmar, from new pallet strapping made from recycled plastics. Plastics are collected by locals from streets and beaches, recycled into pellets, then made into rolls of new strapping.

Our Passionfruit style uses bamboo in the base and rattan in the handles, purchased from local farmers.

The traditional Burmese weaving techniques have been passed down through generations. Every basket sold enables our ongoing support of the artisans, village families and local Burmese communities.
