Hello, I am a medium storage basket. This slimmer shape is similar to our medium Passionfruit basket without the handle. Ideal for storing magazines, books, arts and crafts, or bits and bobs around the house.

This is a discontinued style, so on sale for a limited time :)

Each Pāli basket is individually handwoven in a remote village in Myanmar, from new pallet strapping made from recycled plastics. Plastics are collected by locals from streets and beaches, recycled into pellets, then made into rolls of new strapping.

Our Passionfruit style uses bamboo in the base and rattan in the handles, purchased from local farmers.

The traditional Burmese weaving techniques have been passed down through generations. Every basket sold enables our ongoing support of the artisans, village families and local Burmese communities.

All baskets are fully recyclable at the end of their very long lives, please contact us for more information.
